Where do I buy tickets for trolley tours? Can I make reservations?

You can buy tickets online in advance or in person.  If you’re buying tickets in person then simply purchase them at our ticket office and retail store located on the 3rd floor of the Galt House Hotel west tower (at the top of the escalators). Tickets are first come / first served.  If you wish to purchase tickets in advance then you can do that online.  Purchasing online is the only way to reserve your seats on a tour in advance.  If buying online, simply tell the driver the name on the reservation and have your confirmation email available on your mobile device if that becomes necessary.
